While most of our consultants typically have a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a variety of business and technical environments, The Seva Group has instituted a Mentoring Program for very bright individuals who are new to the IT profession. Typically, the entrants to this program are either recent college graduates or experienced individuals from other professions.
We work closely with each Group Member to identify areas of special interest and acumen and to devise a growth plan that includes a combination of technical training and mentoring from our more experienced Senior Consultants. This program is reserved only for individuals with the dedication, intellect and enthusiasm required to meet the challenges of today's IT profession.
