Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association (CTIA), an international organization representing all elements of wireless communication, had a need to efficiently distribute conference materials after each of their many annual conferences. Client IT staff had to spend significant time gathering conference papers and presentations and then create a static HTML site to distribute on a CD. To improve this process, the client requested an automated, repeatable solution to gather conference materials, create a static HTML site, and to produce the CDs for distribution.
The Seva team interviewed key client analysts in order to determine the project objectives and to differentiate between immediate and long-term goals. Seva then formulated multiple alternative approaches and created a prototype to demonstrate the possibilities. After the client selected an approach, Seva developed, tested, and implemented the project on-time and on budget.
