Communication with employees was not timely enough and in some cases, did not happen at all. The Foundation was looking to build an Intranet to facilitate communication and improve the overall effectiveness of Foundation employees. Solution To meet the client’s needs, we provided CFF a customized version of our content management solution, SevaCM. Seva managed the entire intranet development and implementation process. Seva consultants worked closely with client management to determine project scope and requirements for each department. Creative sessions were held to determine the best graphical layout and flow. Seva created development standards, built and unit tested the application, and then system and performance tested the application.
